Currently products are non-refundable, so please ask questions before purchasing and be sure the products are what you are looking for.

Exchanges
We only perform exchanges if the item is defective or damaged. If an exchange is requested, please send us an email with a photo and description of the issue, along with the name, address, and phone number of the purchaser to spaceware@irpillc.com.
